Booking & Pre-payments

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to guarantee a booking of the chosen apartment. The deposit is deducted at the final settlement.
The booking dates may be changed subject to availability. You are required to pay in full on the day of arrival or departure, the deposit deducted from the total.

An apartment can be booked only after the deposit is received. After receiving the deposit we will send you a booking confirmation with indication of the apartment code and its details. If you do not want to pay a deposit, you are welcome to call us on your arrival and we’ll be happy to help you if there is availability.

Policies on children and additional beds, pets

All children are welcome. Those under 10 years stay free of charge using existing bedding.

The rooms cannot accommodate extra beds.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

Cancellation Policy

Please call Reservations on +30 22460-71451 or +30 6937659035 to cancel your reservation.

If a reservation is cancelled:

  • 15 days prior to the arrival date – no fee is charged.
  • 14 days prior to the arrival date – 50% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.
  • In case of no-show – 100% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.
  • In case of departure prior to scheduled date – 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged.


Breakfast served in the courtyard of the hotel between 8am – 10.30am. On special occasions it can be served before 8am upon agreement

Extra daily fee for breakfast: 10 euro per peson
