The deposit is deducted at the final settlement.<br \/>\nThe booking dates may be changed subject to availability. You are required to pay in full on the day of arrival or departure, the deposit deducted from the total.<\/p>\n<p>An apartment can be booked only after the deposit is received. After receiving the deposit we will send you a booking confirmation with indication of the apartment code and its details. If you do not want to pay a deposit, you are welcome to call us on your arrival and we&#8217;ll be happy to help you if there is availability.<\/p>\n<p>(Visa, MasterCard are accepted)<\/p>\n<h3>Policies on children and additional beds, pets<\/h3>\n<p>All children are welcome. Those under 10 years stay free of charge using existing bedding.<\/p>\n<p>The rooms cannot accommodate extra beds.<\/p>\n<p>Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n<p>Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n<p>Please call Reservations on +30 22460-71451 or +30 6937659035 to cancel your reservation.<\/p>\n<p>If a reservation is cancelled:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 days prior to the arrival date &#8211; no fee is charged.<\/li>\n<li>14 days prior to the arrival date &#8211; 50% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.<\/li>\n<li>In case of no-show &#8211; 100% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.<\/li>\n<li>In case of departure prior to scheduled date &#8211; 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Breakfast<\/h3>\n<p>Breakfast served in the courtyard of the hotel between 8am &#8211; 10.30am.
